What went wrong? It would be easier to list what went right, which is hardly anything. The walking boots arrived after a lengthy wait of six weeks. Reaching out via email was pointless as responses were mostly generic and lacked substance. The quality of the boots was below expectations, and the representation of the brand is misleading. Priced over £69, it felt like a complete waste of money, and after reviewing feedback about the service, I strongly suspect many positive reviews are fabricated. With products sourced from abroad, the issues with delivery, returns, and communication are equally disappointing. I strongly advise against using this service. To call it substandard would be an understatement. I'm utterly appalled.
