They answer emails and complaints promptly. I had an issue with a pair of boots and sizing. They told me to keep the wrong size instead of returning them, to donate them to charity if I wished. Then sent me the correct size for only the postage. I found that very fair, and minimal trouble to me. The new pair are perfect. I have their slippers too, which I love. They're so cosy and comfortable, and take away the pain of a hammer toe. I recommend this company.
