Coverage is very good, virtually the same as we had with Verizon and even a bit better some places. We experienced about a 35% savings from our former account. I was a little disappointed in the bait and switch--we selected a plan that was advertised for $31.95 (I think) for each line, but ended up at closer to $45. Also, we were told that we need to stay with Puretalk for 3 years even though we paid for our new phones up front. "No contract?" All in all we like dealing with a company that shares our values and has US based customer service with people who actually speak English.
