I signed up for Puretalk a few months ago and I am extremely happy. The service is great and even better then the previous mega company, AT&T, I was using that always had dropped calls. No hassels to switch. No wait time when calling Customer Service. The representatives were very nice, helpful and easy to understand. I especially enjoy the low, low cost for Puretalk's better service!

It was so easy to switch over from my old carrier, better service, more data and better protection for half the cost! I’ve been with PureTalk now about 3-4 months and the service is excellent. No matter where I travel, I get a great signal. I am very grateful for another option/provider choice! Thank you PureTalk!!!

So far my experience with your choice of insurance provider has led to an overall dissatisfaction. For over a month now the only thing I can do is answer calls. My phone got damaged and my screen busted. They've sent me to repair stores and been told nothing can be done. No text no ability to return calls or use hotspot(which is why I chose the phone and plan I did). Very disappointed but stuck

Alerts from my bank seem to be delayed

Everything has been functioning well, but I’ve noticed that the alerts I get from my bank appear to be paused during the week and only come through on Saturdays. Is this by design, or is there a technical issue? My previous service provided alerts daily. I’ve confirmed with my bank that they are still sending alerts regularly. Additionally, I sometimes have problems receiving security codes from various businesses, but not consistently. Could it be that my contact information is mixed up on your end?

A smooth switch to a new cellular provider

The transition from my previous cellular provider to the new service was effortless. The coverage is just as good, if not a bit better. The only aspect I miss is having an app on my phone to track my data usage during the billing cycle.

As an older senior citizen, I've been struggling to navigate the network. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to provide the necessary assistance. This system appears to be unsuitable for seniors.

The service I received was outstanding, and even during power outages, including one that affected my local tower, I continued to have excellent connectivity. The pricing for the service is incredibly reasonable.

As an older senior citizen, I'm finding it quite challenging to learn how to navigate the network. Unfortunately, the support team that was supposed to assist us was not able to help. This system does not seem suitable for seniors.
