Now that we have PureTalk service we love it. Better coverage than we had with Spectrum. The only thing that could have been handled better was the transition surrounding SIM cards. After removing the SIM card as instructed by PureTalk support, I could not make calls. I had to borrow a friend's phone to call PureTalk support to resolve the issue. PureTalk should NEVER let their new subscribers be stuck in limbo like that.
