Saturday I received what I found to be this nasty, rude email, "We encountered a problem while trying to process a payment for your PureTalk monthly invoice.
Your account will be disabled as of 8PM EST tomorrow if the payment issue is not resolved." I have only been a customer for a month, I immediately called customer service and was told it was because the credit card that was being used was when I was a customer 3 years ago and had expired. No attempt was ever made to update my card info prior to this harsh notice when it was no fault of mine. So far their service is fine, but this is the second example of their questionable customer attitude, third time I'm out. By the way, I emailed PT prior to this review, no reply.
