I’m so thankful to have found Pure Talk. Not only is the service affordable, it is also reliable. Upgrades are easy, and when calling customer service, I have the privilege of speaking with a live person whom I can understand.
We switched to PureTalk a year ago. It has the same coverage as our previous carrier. The customer service is prompt, clear, and helpful. They have resolved every issue quickly.
I am a new customer to PureTalk and required assistance in setting up my voicemail. I was able to reach a representative quickly. Angie talked me through it and my issue was resolved in a few minutes. PureTalk is a great company with excellent customer service. Pure and simple.
I had a great interaction earlier today during the afternoon with a very caring, friendly, nice, and professional customer service representative at Pure Talk! This CSR immediately eased my anxiety aa soon as she answered the phone call, as the tone of her voice was like a radiant smile of warm sunshine 🌞 cast over a cold winter day, that would even warm up "Groundhog Day", & Famous "Punxsutawney Phil"...With her warm, caring, and soothing voice. 💖 Thank you for your great friendly, caring, and professional customer service support, and thank you so much for understanding my situation, and providing comfort & positively in a world that sure could use a lot more of that! Throughout my life, I have interacted with numerous customer service centers, but one truly stands out as remarkable. I encountered an issue with my replacement phone. While the cell service is excellent, I was attempting to use a non-compatible device. I reached out to the customer service team several times, and each interaction was met with kindness; the representative was patient as I searched for information, showed understanding of my predicament, reassured me when I felt embarrassed about not having the necessary details, and consistently treated me with utmost respect. I have never witnessed such professionalism from representatives before. The exceptional associates who assisted me during my calls were wonderful. I am extremely satisfied and thankful for the excellent customer service I received. If you face a problem and need assistance, I am confident that a fantastic team member will be there to help you as well!
I contacted the support line to obtain an eSim for a new phone. The representative was friendly, courteous, well-informed, and comprehensive in addressing our queries and facilitating the eSim installation. It was a very positive experience.
This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered! I called to switch providers, and they took my payment and information, sending me a SIM card for around $40. Unfortunately, the SIM card didn't work, so I reached out to the sales line, only to be told I needed to contact the service line. I was on hold for over three hours using my landline since my phone was inoperative. Finally, a representative answered and asked if I had an iPhone; when I mentioned I had an Android, I was abruptly transferred to voicemail. I had to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office to retrieve my money, a month after returning the ineffective SIM card (with proof of tracking). In summary, this company is terrible and will do anything to maintain a façade of reliability. They even pay to have negative reviews removed—mine has been deleted multiple times. Their rating on the Better Business Bureau is dismal, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of this service!
As a long-time customer, I've never had any issues. I highly recommend their service. Recently, an iPhone iOS upgrade caused a data speed issue. Jennifer (a real person!) at the company identified the problem and provided a solution. Feel free to choose this service!
The service from the provider is acceptable until it unexpectedly fails. When you rely on a single phone, it doesn't help for the support team to suggest calling them for assistance. I've been disconnected by their representatives three times while trying to get help. This issue with service interruptions first occurred when I switched providers a couple of years ago, and now it has been down for the past two days. Their customer support is inadequate. I consistently pay my bill on time, yet the service remains unreliable.
