My order was damaged during transit. The delivery company provided some information but no photos. I reached out to the service, but their response took a long time. They asked me to pick up the damaged package myself and didn’t seem to care. It's been over three weeks now. I called the delivery company and found out the package was returned to the service, so I had to email them again. This is really poor customer service. They claimed to send another order, but I'm still waiting. I won't order from them again.
