My order arrived damaged during delivery, and while the delivery company provided some information, there were no photos or further assistance. I contacted the service, but their response took too long. They instructed me to retrieve the damaged package myself from the delivery company and didn’t seem concerned. It’s been over three weeks. After calling the delivery company, I discovered the package was sent back to the service, so I had to email them again. This is really poor customer service. They mentioned sending another order, but I’m still waiting. I won't be placing any more orders.
