The ProtectHear NanoComm ear pieces have a bad design. The microphone boom slides down all the time during the flight. It doesn’t get fixed to the ear pieces, making it totally unreliable.I do not recommend its use for pilots until they change the design.I complained about it but I didn’t get any reply from customer support yet.I had to come back to my old Bose A20.
