Horrible experience. I took the 1 week subscription - wasn’t aware that it will auto renew to a monthly subscription. Contacted customer care immediately on the day of renewal - and get told that I will not get a refund. Agree that it was oversight on my part, but customer service refusing a refund when I get back to them on Day 1 just shows how desperate they are to trap lazy customers who don’t read the fine print.
