Horrible experience. I took the 1 week subscription - wasn’t aware that it will auto renew to a monthly subscription. Contacted customer care immediately on the day of renewal - and get told that I will not get a refund. Agree that it was oversight on my part, but customer service refusing a refund when I get back to them on Day 1 just shows how desperate they are to trap lazy customers who don’t read the fine print.
Fantastic product very easy to use and the rep I spoke to was very helpful when I had a little hick up on my subscription but was easily fixed and sorted in no time very pleased with this company and there product highly recommended
It took some time to receive a genuine response, which seems to be common these days (do AI agents ever really solve complex issues?). I had already found the solution on my own before I heard back from a human, but once I did, they were quite helpful (after a bit of prompting).
I have been using this VPN service for over a year now, having tried others in the past with issues like dropped connections and slow speeds. Thankfully, those problems are behind me. After losing support for Windows 10 and addressing privacy concerns, I decided to switch to Linux. I'm not a tech expert and knew little about Linux, so the thought of installing the VPN via command line was intimidating. However, it turned out to be manageable. The detailed instructions provided on the service's website were very helpful. I'm not sure how I did it, but the installation was successful, and it works perfectly. This is truly the best VPN at an amazing price. Thank you for the great service!
Hi. I encountered issues with My PureVpn installation, after an update of windows and maybe also due to to my anti-virus. Upgrades did not install for monthes. Uzair, from their helpdesk, did solve the issue within minutes, in a very kind, patient and professional way, and also provided me with support to find the right setup for my usage. 5 star support. Great app too !
bad software it crashed my pc and now purevpn claimed it cant be the software but if i look on internet it canbad service of the teamedit they dont want give money back badcompany they love you money and i you have a problem like this they dont help you
