After making several mistakes with my order, I visited the head office and received incredible assistance, particularly from a staff member who was very helpful. I was glad I went in to try things on, as I likely would have ordered the wrong items again. It was an unusual situation, but they handled it excellently. Plus, the bamboo is really nice!
