They felt rough and itchy, and shrank significantly, no longer fitting my bed. When I contacted the company, they attributed the issue to washing and drying, not a manufacturing defect. No resolution or goodwill gesture was provided, and their response felt dismissive, placing the blame on me despite my careful adherence to their instructions. I was advised to keep washing the sheets in hopes they might soften over time, which was both disappointing and unhelpful. This certainly won’t resolve the shrinkage problem. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to those who prioritize quality and respectful customer service.
I purchased two '100% Organic Bamboo Extra Deep Fitted Sheets' and was immediately hit with a strong chemical/plastic smell upon receiving them. I experienced extreme color run with two purple throws! A white towel accidentally washed with them came out purple. The color has also dulled significantly due to dye loss after washing. It was a terrible experience, and the quality appears to be lacking.

I appreciate bamboo, but this fabric is disappointing. This feels like one of those companies making big promises while delivering subpar products.
