Absolutely ridiculous experience with PureZone. The delivery took so long that I decided to cancel my order before it even arrived. Despite the company claiming to be based in Melbourne (where we live), it’s clear that shipments are not coming from a local warehouse. At this point, I suspect the products are being sent from China.After a long and frustrating back-and-forth with customer service, my cancellation was finally processed. However, I have now been waiting for over five weeks for my refund, and there’s still no sign of it.Their customer service is an absolute joke, and I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
