After purchasing a bath robe as a charismas present, it arrived with large holes in the seems of the arm and side of the robe. I contacted customer service and requested a new robe be sent so i could still give the gift on Xmas day. The company refused and said they were allowed to fix the robe. Initially the company expected me to go and get it fixed and provide them with the receipt. I said no that it was their responsibility. Even though they agreed to pay the postage- which i have not yet received, i still had to organise the return of the robe the week before xmas and i am still waiting for it to be returned. I had to also explain to the person that the gift was for that they now need to wait for it to be fixed. I personally think this is appalling and suggest others think twice before supporting this company. Who purchases an item/gift and then has to wait for it to be fixed? This is not the first time this company has failed to provide good customer service.Update. Upon the return of the gown we noticed that there are still holes in the arm sleeves so the gown was NOT fixed as promised. This is the worse gift I have ever purchased !!!!
