I am extremely disappointed with Purina. I found a foreign object inside a Purina® Friskies® product and immediately reported it, following all their instructions. I even sent the sample for investigation.Despite having tracking proof of delivery, Purina later claimed that my package was “destroyed in shipping.” This is simply not true. I have photos, videos, emails, and proof of delivery confirming that the company received the sample.Instead of transparency and accountability, I was met with excuses. A company boasting “over 90 years of history” means nothing if they cannot show respect, honesty, and commitment to their customers today.As a pet owner, I expect serious concerns about product safety to be handled with integrity. Sadly, that was not the case here. I will pursue all necessary legal and consumer protection actions to ensure this issue is not ignored.⚠️ Pet safety and customer trust should always come first.
