Very poor management +customer services

Very poor customer services, very economical with the truth shall we say. All i wanted was a link sent to my email so that l could reset my password as the link on the website was not working, a wek later still no answer. Management, if there are any need a rocket up them god knows how much these small problems are losing them financially. Upto now l have had no problem with them or the food they supply, it's such shame that the customer service is'nt there and those you speak to break their promises

I had very minor issues when ordering a pick and mix pack.Purina promptly sorted out the problem and also gave me some credit to spend in my account - I am very pleased with their Customer Care.

I am extremely disappointed with Purina. I found a foreign object inside a Purina® Friskies® product and immediately reported it, following all their instructions. I even sent the sample for investigation.Despite having tracking proof of delivery, Purina later claimed that my package was “destroyed in shipping.” This is simply not true. I have photos, videos, emails, and proof of delivery confirming that the company received the sample.Instead of transparency and accountability, I was met with excuses. A company boasting “over 90 years of history” means nothing if they cannot show respect, honesty, and commitment to their customers today.As a pet owner, I expect serious concerns about product safety to be handled with integrity. Sadly, that was not the case here. I will pursue all necessary legal and consumer protection actions to ensure this issue is not ignored.⚠️ Pet safety and customer trust should always come first.

Purina Fancy Feast BE AWARE

As a cat owner who has fed Fancy Feast to my beloved Athena for years, I’ve noticed significant issues lately. Athena experienced vomiting and refusing to eat, which I finally linked to the recent batches of Fancy Feast cat food. After further research, I found out the manufacturing plant has moved from the US to Thailand.Despite reaching out, the only compensation offered was a $25 Prezi voucher for over $400 worth of cat food that can no longer be used. That is insult to injury.As a concerned pet owner and lover of animals, I’m disappointed and disgusted by these quality issues and hope for better transparency from Fancy Feast moving forward.

When opening a bag of Purina Proplan Puppy kibble 12 kg, it was immediately visible and felt that this bag was not good.Chunks stuck together like magnets, as if it was fat, a different smell came off than usual.The puppies started having diarrhea.When reporting to Purina via contact form with the necessary documents and photos.Purina replies 50705395I received a message asking if I wanted to email the attached documents.And she suggested that we had stored it incorrectly.I would not know how I could have stored a new bag of food that you open immediately incorrectly.But I never received a message back about how they were going to solve it, never asked for a sample.Purina suggests that they are for the well-being of our pets.Well, I dispute that.We have switched to other food with our 7 dogs, never again Purina.En ouvrant un sac de croquettes Purina Proplan Puppy de 12 kg, j'ai immédiatement remarqué que le sac n'était pas bon.Les morceaux se sont collés les uns aux autres comme des aimants, comme s'il s'agissait de graisse, et une odeur différente de celle d'habitude s'en est dégagée.Les chiots ont commencé à avoir la diarrhée.En contactant Purina via le formulaire de contact avec les documents et photos nécessaires, j'ai reçu un message me demandant si je voulais envoyer les documents joints par e-mail.Elle a suggéré que nous l'avions mal stocké.Je ne comprends pas comment j'ai pu stocker un nouveau sac de nourriture que vous ouvrez immédiatement de manière incorrecte.Mais je n'ai jamais reçu de message me demandant comment ils allaient résoudre le problème, et je n'ai jamais demandé d'échantillon.Purina prétend que c'est pour le bien-être de nos animaux.Je conteste.Nous avons changé d'alimentation pour nos 7 chiens, plus jamais Purina.Last updated: 17-06-2025A month ago I had the same experience: a bag of spoiled puppy food with an expiration date of September 2026.No response to my complaint.No samples requested, not even compensation.In the meantime we have changed brands for our seven dogs: five puppies, one adult dog and one senior.The bag with the spoiled puppy food (12 kg) was destroyed, purely to prevent it from being eaten by other animals.Nesle-Purina has absolutely no respect for the welfare of your or our animals.I have no words to describe such a large company and such poor customer service.Dernière mise à jour : 17/06/2025Il y a un mois, j'ai vécu la même expérience : un sac de croquettes pour chiots avarié, dont la date de péremption était septembre 2026.Aucune réponse à ma réclamation.Aucun échantillon demandé, ni même une indemnisation.Entre-temps, nous avons changé de marque pour nos sept chiens : cinq chiots, un adulte et un senior.Le sac contenant les croquettes avariées (12 kg) a été détruit, uniquement pour éviter qu'elles ne soient consommées par d'autres animaux.Nesle-Purina n'a absolument aucun respect pour le bien-être de vos animaux ni des nôtres.Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire une entreprise aussi importante et un service client aussi médiocre.

Reduced the Felux pouch size from 100 to 85gms without reducing the price. Simple, plain, daylight robbery. Won't be using you again

### SCAMMED!!

### SCAMMED!!I used Petfinder in the past to see if there were any dogs in my area that I could adopt, but all the pets were usually located thousands of miles away.In mid-January, I received an email about animals being transferred to my area from the LA fires, and they needed emergency adopters. All the pets listed had an adoption fee of $450 to $500 each, and I had to be screened to ensure I was a good match for the dog. On a fixed income, I found this a bit steep. Since I'm only allowed one pet where I live, I carefully scrolled through each pet suitable to my situation. I applied to a subcontractor through Petfinder (supposedly a neighborhood shelter called PNW Pittie Project) handling the LA fires animals in my area. I filled out the questionnaire application on January 22nd, 2025, with an application fee of $25, which I paid by credit card.A week passed without any word on the pet I applied for. I contacted them again through email and I received a reply that they didn't receive my application nor payment. I sent copies of all my paperwork on January 29th, 2025. I waited another week for animals desperate for homes, but to no avail. I sent an email to Petfinder themselves, asking if I qualified and if the pet was still available (or if they gave the pet to someone else more worthy). It's now February 8th, and I still haven't received a single word.All I was looking for was some kind of explanation like, "We're sorry, but you were not a match," or "The pet you were asking for is no longer available due to some emergency." Truthfully, I'm just glad I wasn't asked to pay the adoption fee first. According to the website, I had to meet the pet to ensure I was a good match before paying the adoption fee. Since I received an email from Trustpilot about another website to review, I checked Petfinder's reviews and read all the scams. Hence, I am adding my two cents as well.Is Purina really their sponsor? It would be shameful if they are, but I'm not investing any more time to find out. I'll just copy my review and use it for Purina.

Shrinkflation now attacks our poor moggies!

With parent company Nestle determined to shrink our chocolate bars every few months while regularly hiking prices to cover their huge wages and bonuses for the horde of pointless suits stealing a living, now Purina have decided its time to starve our pets by shrinking the Felix 100g pouches to 85g pouches. What my cats have done to deserve this slow decline in dinner sizes is anybody's guess but as long as the profits keep rising thats all that matters eh? Nasty vile, capitalist, evil, dirty, rotten, lowdown, dirtbags; YOU SUCK!
