At first I was thrilled to have found such good products. I ordered the multivitamins as and when I needed them, as I thought you could do that. But somehow I seem to be receiving repeat orders, with a Direct Debit going out of my account. I'm 73 and this has left me a bit bewildered. I'm certain I didn't sign up for that, and how on earth do I stop it? It feels a bit like when you order from Amazon, everything's great, then you suddenly realise you've inadvertently been signed up to something called Amazon Prime and Direct Debits start going out of your account...and it's the devil of a job to cancel. Are we all being bamboozled?Updated: since I wrote this purolabs have apologised for any confusion and have promised to look agin at their subscription policy to try to make it more transparent. They have also cancelled my subscription.
