Wouldn't know where to start w the terrible conversing w an online rep. Or the over 34 minute wait before i was even able to speak to a customer service rep that didn't listen, rudely interrupted me. Argued with me about my not being sent an SMS from their company to my cell. I them attempted to read at the bottom of the email they sent me that they do in fact send an SMS notification. Rudely interrupted...
After 9 failed attempts to access through the link purolator provided me to track my package I attempted to have a civil conversation w the service rep. That was a real disappointment.
They also refused to provide any approximate time frame for the delivery.
Which likely means I more than likely will now have to travel all the way to their purolator office at the other end of the city for my package pick up.
