Why does Purolator suck so much at doing their job? Called 4x and still can’t get my address right!!! A simple task. This is next level incompetence.

Had an email message from Purolator at 8 this morning, "package will be delivered today. " 8:30 ton

Had an email message from Purolator at 8 this morning, "package will be delivered today. " 8:30 tonight got a message from them, "unable to deliver package due to bad weather. Will try again tomorrow. " it was sunny and clear across all of Southern Ontario today. Package coming from Etobicoke to Port perry. I don't get it 😕 And the bonus to this story is that one of their large brown vans was on my street at 4:30 today! I guess that driver didn't get the weather warning.

Never ever had a good experience with this company before or after the pandemic, always want to forego using their service, but some companies use them all the time without question. I would rather not order from a company that uses their service at all if need be with how unreliable they are. If this company goes bankrupt from their own ineptitude, I would not be surprised.

You can be sitting outside all day in good weather and the van will whizz past your house, then send a weather delay message. This company can rot for all I care.

Flowers delivered were left outside in -24 weather. Courier driver did not text or call when delivery was made, as well they did not ring the doorbell or knock notifying the recipient of the delivery. Proof is on the doorbell cam. She dropped the package took a picture and left. I believe this driver left these flowers in her vehicle overnight.

Wouldn't know where to start w the terrible conversing w an online rep. Or the over 34 minute wait before i was even able to speak to a customer service rep that didn't listen, rudely interrupted me. Argued with me about my not being sent an SMS from their company to my cell. I them attempted to read at the bottom of the email they sent me that they do in fact send an SMS notification. Rudely interrupted...
After 9 failed attempts to access through the link purolator provided me to track my package I attempted to have a civil conversation w the service rep. That was a real disappointment.
They also refused to provide any approximate time frame for the delivery.
Which likely means I more than likely will now have to travel all the way to their purolator office at the other end of the city for my package pick up.

I live in a small town, no more than one vehicle a day offer "deliveries". Driver slowly delivering at every door on my street. Since I had been notified previously that my packages were on board + in town, I was outside. He saw me, looked at me, litterally acceleratted and skipped my address. He does this EVERY TIME. He has no manners. Then he goes on to pretend he rang the doorbell and no one was home. Terrible attitude, the worst. Got the whole thing on video.

How is it that a package is in the process of being SHIPPED not even Delivering to my door, I'm unable to request delivery instructions to be changed to help accommodate the delivery driver. According to them that's something out of their possibility. What kind of delivery company is this?

they are the worst delivery service in canada, they delayed my package by days then when they finally come to deliver they barely knocked (my dog noticed someone was outside) and doesn't ring doorbell then leaves a notice for you to pick up your package next day.

Disastrous Experience with Shipping

I'm giving this a 1-star rating because that's the lowest I can go. My recent experience was so poor that I would rate it at -10 stars if possible. I acknowledge that the customer service representatives made an effort, but the shipping and delivery process was a complete failure. They lost my new smartphone. Thankfully, I didn't pay for it upfront. I have many negative things to say about the service, but I'll hold back. According to the tracking information, my package was on a delivery truck and was supposed to arrive on Christmas Eve, but it never did. I understand that it's a busy time, but after that, it seemed to vanish during transit back to the depot. Following the customer service team's advice, I contacted the tracking department, but that was pointless. They were friendly, and I eventually received an email stating they were giving up the search for my phone. I expressed my frustration with the situation, but not to the agent directly. The issues caused by this service have resulted in significant grief and wasted time with my cell provider, time that I won't get back. I'm currently in limbo, waiting for their investigation and claims process to resolve, all due to the negligence in shipping and tracking. I suspect my phone may have been stolen. Now, whenever I want to make an online purchase, I have to ensure it isn’t shipped via this service. I will reach out to customer service before buying anything to confirm the shipping method. I can't trust this service anymore. If that's who a company uses for shipping, I will avoid doing business with them. I know it’s not right to say this, but I honestly wouldn't mind if this service went out of business. I don’t wish for job losses, but I find it hard to care about the company after this nightmare. This has been a perfect example of how not to operate as a business.

Consistently disappointing shipping service

This shipping courier is consistently unreliable. Deliveries are frequently late, tracking is inadequate, and communication is often lacking. Based on my experience, they are the absolute worst in the shipping industry.
