Purple Leaf is a fantastic company with excellent customer service and great products. I own a 20 x 12 pergola and a 14 x 12 gazebo that are easy to set up and of very good quality at an even better price!
My father-in-law bought a BBQ gazebo for us, but sadly passed away before we could assemble it. As we began the assembly, we realized a box was missing. I reached out to the service and successfully ordered the missing parts. They kept me informed throughout the process, and a few days later, the parts arrived. We were finally able to put together this wonderful gift ❤️ Thank you!
Love The product we bought the 10x10 left right Cantilever umbrella and absolutely love it. The quality is great and my husband assembled it with ease. We contacted their customer service and Kate was very accommodating to allow us for a return product.
You need to advertise clearly that your built in gutter system is NOT available in all models. The only reason I went with your company it’s because of what you advertise about the built in drain system and the one that I ordered doesn’t have it. Very disappointed
We purchased a 10 x 12 Hard Top Purple Leaf Gazebo on marketplace.The gazebo was a little over 1 yr old.When we reassembled the gazebo, some of the hardware was missing.We contacted Purple Leaf, and the parts were promptly shipped.We would highly recommend this company, their products, and their customer service.Dan & Sue Peters
