I ordered a Parasol and the base to match. They got separated in transit. The parasol arrived but the base has not to date. As I needed the parasol for a garden party I bought a base locally. I emailed Purpleleaf, told them the problem, and they refunded the cost of the base the very next day. No fuss, no quibble. They only asked that I refuse delivery of the base it it ever turns up. I have no problems with this company.
