UPDATE:It took over 2 years but the company responded to say they were sorry! What a joke!Be very careful when dealing with this company!Be very careful about buying from this company. Our experience has not been a good one. They did not send all of the boxes required to assemble our product.This company does not have a direct way to contact them. They do not respond to emails (which is thier only contact source ) and they are not responding to Wayfair either. Unfortunately I can't even comment on the product as I can not put up the gazebo because of all the missing parts. This company has provided horrible customer service. I suggest you investigate other companies and do not purchase Purple Leaf Products.
