Bought a jumper for my son $350, went off size chart and went one size bigger as wanted the jumper to last with the cost, jumper was a Christmas present was opened tried on and was way to small, emailed to be told they do not exchange and can offer a credit at 90.5%, not ideal but agreed to this, was asked to send pictures, which I did as it was put straight back in the bag when realised it didn’t fit, apparently a PUSHAS tag was missing, this was impossible as nothing was removed, after questioning human error on their behalf and ACCC and consumer rights rules they are now ignoring me.
