Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on December 26, and later I was informed that the product was not available. To be clear, the cancellation was not my decision and it was not due to a change of mind — it was because the seller did not have the item in stock.It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my refund. Communication has been poor, and I have not been provided with a clear update or a confirmed refund date. It is unacceptable to hold a customer’s money when the product was never available in the first place.I hope this review encourages the company to take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from here.

Received a Tshirt with one tag attached & the other tag was in the plastic bag when opened , Tshirt was tried on & packed immediately with one tag still in place as it was too small. Pushas take %10 each item returned for their delayed service, they assume the Tshirt had been worn & refused refund or voucher. Plus charge extra shipping to return. Charged $ shipping x3.All their items are overpriced & reviews state not legit & fake sneakers . Take note!
Ordered a Labubu for our daughter, item wasn’t shipped on time, requested a refund via email as they don’t answer the contact phone number. Had reply emails from a bot that didn’t answer our request and dragged out the issue. When requested a refund for a second time the company then sent through a tracking number and dispatched the item. On arrival it was not the ordered Labubu, they had sent a different model that is $35 cheaper on their website. Tried to call the number but no answer, emailed again and they still have not answered. Complete scam and impossible to get through to anyone there!
Terrible in every way. Service, no one to contact only email with the same repeated cut and paste message. Heard or seen no credit regarding my return. Daughters shoes soooo small although sizing guidelines were followed but no it’s my fault. Then all these fees charged for my return. No idea regarding customer service or retention. Weeks since return made no credit as yet. So much time wasted with no results.
My experience with Pushas has been absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a pair of TNs as a Christmas gift and from the very beginning everything went wrong. Delivery took over three weeks, completely unacceptable for such an expensive item. When the package finally arrived, the shoe box was crushed and damaged, and the shoes inside were clearly defective, with multiple cosmetic marks and visible damage.I contacted Pushas expecting a basic level of accountability — a replacement or a full refund for damaged goods. Instead, I was told they “don’t do replacements” and was offered only a 90% refund on a $514 purchase. Expecting a customer to lose money for receiving damaged goods is outrageous and shows a complete disregard for consumer rights.I have now spent nearly a month going back and forth with their customer service, getting nowhere. They have been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for selling and delivering damaged products. At no point did they attempt to resolve the issue fairly or professionally.This behaviour has forced me to escalate the matter to Fair Trading. I strongly warn anyone considering purchasing from Pushas: do not risk your money. If something goes wrong, they will not stand by their products, they will not offer fair resolutions, and they will make you fight for what you are legally entitled to. This is, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

tried to return an item the same day after receiving it. After numerous emails back and forth they damanded to see a Pushas tag attached to the shoe. The supposed Pushas tag was never attached or included with the shoes. Now they are refusing the return. SCAM - DO NOT BUY. Will be doing the chargeback through the credit card and lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. HORRIFIC & NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO OUT OF FIVE.
Will never buy from this website again. Bought a jumper for my son $350, went off size chart and went one size bigger as wanted the jumper to last with the cost, jumper was a Christmas present was opened tried on and was way to small, emailed to be told they do not exchange and can offer a credit at 90.5%, not ideal but agreed to this, was asked to send pictures, which I did as it was put straight back in the bag when realised it didn’t fit, apparently a PUSHAS tag was missing, this was impossible as nothing was removed, after questioning human error on their behalf and ACCC and consumer rights rules they are now ignoring me.
