This service is disorganized and misleading. My problems started almost right away. I placed my order the Monday before a major holiday and received a notification that my item was shipping on Wednesday. However, the tracking information never updated and only showed "waiting for parcel." I patiently waited the number of days indicated for shipping. When the final day arrived without a package or any update, I contacted customer support for an update on 12/5, but received no reply. After sending a second message on 12/8, indicating I would dispute the charge, I still got no response. Surprisingly, the tracking updated, and I received the package on 12/10. I've begun using the product and actually like it, but today I noticed a charge for a "subscription" that I never agreed to. I've searched their site for details but found nothing. I'll reach out to customer support again, but I'm not optimistic about receiving a response. If you want the product, consider purchasing it elsewhere instead of directly from the service.
