I too found the water flosser too heavy and bulky to maneuver. I agree that the on/off and pressure controls are too close together.
I contacted support for a return and refund. They said they would get back to me. I was advised by email that they would "look into" the situation, but I am afraid of missing the deadline for return and refund. I am not able to send a picture of the product. I also received a second mailing that included the same product.
I asked customer service for return and refund information and have yet to hear back.

I have tried to cancel my subscription twice by email and twice by phone. I have yet to talk to a human. They keep sending me monthly supplies which I do not wish to continue, and they do not respond. I now have 3 shipments of supplies which I dont need that cost me $63 each!!!! Do not use this company! Although I like the product, their subscription is a scam!!!!!

Received it no problem; however, in January and February, I received email confirmations indicating they received my orders for accessories; however, I NEVER placed these follow-on orders. When I try to reach the customer service phone number, no one ever answers the phone. I don't know what's happening here, but I ONLY placed the initial order and NO follow-on orders and would like to receive a refund for the two follow-on orders. This seems to be a shady practice.

Ships from florida(?) I’m in Texas. Said 4-6 day shipping but took 5 wks. Zero customer service by phone email and chat. Wanted for braces and general dentistry. Never used other water pik so idk if any good- seems to be I guess. Recvd subscription attachments for $59 a month later that I was never aware of. Because of terrible customer service I could not get the order canceled and of course can’t get that returned. Ended up going through credit card dispute and got all money returned by the company without any contact from them. I’m not sure if my credit card company notified them and they just caved in and gave me the refund or what but after a day of me filing with my credit card company and they just had it in processing the next day. I had three refund from the company themselves, not my bank. I had multiple emails w them prior and most would go and reply to Betty Kylie. I would get a two or three word automated reply and each reply was always the same thing and did not even address my questions or the situation. I don’t know if the product is any good but because of Customer Service, I would probably just pick up a different water pik at a store or from a retailer online.

This service is disorganized and misleading. My problems started almost right away. I placed my order the Monday before a major holiday and received a notification that my item was shipping on Wednesday. However, the tracking information never updated and only showed "waiting for parcel." I patiently waited the number of days indicated for shipping. When the final day arrived without a package or any update, I contacted customer support for an update on 12/5, but received no reply. After sending a second message on 12/8, indicating I would dispute the charge, I still got no response. Surprisingly, the tracking updated, and I received the package on 12/10. I've begun using the product and actually like it, but today I noticed a charge for a "subscription" that I never agreed to. I've searched their site for details but found nothing. I'll reach out to customer support again, but I'm not optimistic about receiving a response. If you want the product, consider purchasing it elsewhere instead of directly from the service.

Disappointing experience with the whitening kit

I purchased a teeth whitening kit for $100, which was supposed to include free whitening drops. However, I only received the drops and not the kit itself. Despite multiple emails, I only received automated replies stating that the support team would investigate, but nothing ever happened. It feels like I've been cheated out of $100. I haven't had any updates in days. They mention that the package was delivered according to the postal service, but I never received it. My only option now seems to be to report fraudulent charges. I strongly advise against buying this product; it feels like a scam.
