I initially placed an order for a water flosser in December 2025. Received it no problem; however, in January and February, I received email confirmations indicating they received my orders for accessories; however, I NEVER placed these follow-on orders. When I try to reach the customer service phone number, no one ever answers the phone. I don't know what's happening here, but I ONLY placed the initial order and NO follow-on orders and would like to receive a refund for the two follow-on orders. This seems to be a shady practice.
