I purchased 4 puzzles with 1000 pieces each and managed to assemble 3 of them. Unfortunately, several pieces were missing, and one of the puzzles had 3 pieces absent along with 4 duplicate pieces. This was very disappointing, especially since I like to glue the puzzles and display them on my basement walls. I won't even bother attempting to complete the fourth puzzle. I will not be buying any more puzzles from this seller.

This place is terrible. I ordered an expensive puzzle board and wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, but the shipping cost for the return was more than the item itself. They refused to provide a shipping label for an exchange. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
FedEx misdelivered my puzzles, claiming they left them at 'the garage', which I don’t have. The seller complicated the process unnecessarily, and when both the original and a replacement arrived, they insisted I return it at my own cost. They eventually sent a packing label as a 'courtesy', which is not how I would describe it.

I’ve never encountered missing pieces, always order familiar brands, and enjoy quick shipping. I haven’t had to reach out to customer service as I’ve had no issues. I just spoke with customer service regarding my order. I've bought many puzzles from this seller. This time, the courier informed me about taxes and duties, which I paid online. But when I picked up my package, I was charged an additional $120 COD. I called to clarify, but the representative insisted I had to bear all charges. Despite being a loyal customer, I received no support. I will take my business elsewhere.
I ordered puzzles from different makers, both for myself and as gifts. The first one I opened was poorly made, making it impossible to connect the pieces. Since it was opened, I cannot return it for a refund. The other puzzle was purchased over 30 days ago, so I'm stuck with both.
