FedEx misdelivered my puzzles, claiming they left them at 'the garage', which I don’t have. The seller complicated the process unnecessarily, and when both the original and a replacement arrived, they insisted I return it at my own cost. They eventually sent a packing label as a 'courtesy', which is not how I would describe it.
