I need to say that I am amazed at how quickly you all print and ship. The first time I purchased, I was shocked. Then what is even better is that the puzzles themselves are very high quality prints. I have purchased from PuzzleYou and another competitor and PuzzleYou without questions has been the best. Most modern customer service practices are ok - PuzzleYou seems 5 stars out of 5 stars. I am very impressed with the selections of formats - and with those formats comes an extremely well tailored user interface and experience via the upload and editing process. I admit - I do choose to use photos that fit within the image’s field orientation (landscape or portrait) and when the photos are uploaded “magically” the system is able to “decide” the best placement within the field via cropping, etc. I just had to send a message to say that I am really happy with what PuzzleYou does. Elite shipping - I was overjoyed to see that you were all in Williamsport. My daughter and her husband live in Philly. They love it there. Anyway - they will get the puzzle well before Christmas and I cannot wait to see her 🙂 when she sees it. I had ordered my wife a puzzle (she needs an endorsement - she is a puzzle genius) and my daughter said “wow! She’s going to love that! I love it!” And I thought at the last minute to get her one as well. Ordered somewhere around 10pm CST on a Friday night, selected express shipping because it is worth it, and before 12 CST on Saturday, I had a UPS tracking number.Now - I order A LOT.
