Firstly, this is a German company posing as a Canadian or US entity. I purchased a puzzle for $53 and paid $14 for shipping, only to be hit with an outrageous 'customs brokerage' fee of $29 from UPS. I have refused delivery and asked for a refund. I would advise against purchasing from this company!

Fantastic experience! I loved the picture puzzle I ordered, and it was delivered promptly. It made for a lovely gift. There was a minor issue with a couple of missing pieces during assembly, so I reached out for assistance. They quickly responded with an apology and offered to send a complete puzzle. They prepared the new order for shipping without delay. Excellent customer service! I will definitely continue to support them and highly recommend their service!
I ordered a puzzle, and upon completion, I found a missing piece along with an extra green piece that doesn't belong. Customer service promised to contact me within 1-2 business days, but it has been over a week. This puzzle was a tribute to my parents, who both passed in 2025, and today marks the one-year anniversary of my father's passing.
Setting up the puzzle on the website with my photo was easy, and it was produced and delivered faster than expected (in 3 days!). Seeing my photo on the box cover was delightful; the recipient was thrilled. However, the excitement waned during assembly. The image had large areas with minimal detail, and the puzzle pieces had very little variation in shape. We managed to connect pieces without certainty they belonged together. Other manufacturers provide more shape variations or stamp letters on the backs for consistency. Our frustration led us to set the puzzle aside for now.
I experienced poor customer service from the platform. The uploaded picture was supposed to be of high quality, but the puzzle I received as a Christmas gift for my children had a blurry image on the box, making it hard to recognize the people in the photo. I've contacted them six times over two weeks without a response. This cost $42.95, and I will be initiating a chargeback on my credit card immediately. Buyer beware!
Extremely disappointed. First, there is no phone number for direct contact. I sent two emails but haven't heard back. The puzzle pieces themselves are decent, though some are lifting at the top. Assembling this 1000-piece puzzle is quite challenging, as many pieces are very similar and appear to fit. I've completed puzzles from other companies, so I know what to expect. This experience should be enjoyable, but it is not.
The quality seemed good, which is why I didn’t give them a 1, but unfortunately, mine was missing a crucial piece right in the middle, and customer service hasn’t replied. I was concerned when I opened the box, as the bag was open, and pieces were scattered inside. I tried contacting them three times through their site. Since direct communication with customer service isn’t an option, I wouldn’t risk spending money with them again.
