I stumbled accross the sight while looking for a birthday gift. I was able to convert a family painting into a wonderful high quality puzzle that has been enjoyed immensely. The only big issue I had was scaling the image size to fit with in the box. it took a while in a seperate photo editor to get it sized and cropped adequately enough to be used. I would like to create another but it would make the experience so much easier if better photo editing option were built in. I was lucky my girlfriends skills made this part possible for me. In fairness though, other sights had the same issue.
