Simple process, FAST turnaround.I ordered a 2000 piece collage puzzle 10 days before our annual family vacation and received it 3 days after ordering. Many of the photos were 10-20 years old, of which I took pictures on my iphone before uploading. 3 pictures were from photo booths 28 YEARS AGO. So the quality of many of the photos was poor and a bit blurry and they were represented the same way on the finished product, however this didn’t bother our group at all since they were faithful representations of the actual old pictures used. We knew it would be more challenging to complete the puzzle and everyone came together to finish it on time. (We ROCK!)I was very pleased with the experience and will use this company again.Best puzzle in 18 years of family vacations, everyone loved it and it brought back such great memories!
