Do not order from them. This was my first time ordering and I accidentally ordered the same picture twice. I realized my mistake and immediately went to delete. Thought all was well until my confirmation showed $98 instead of the $49. I am mediately sent the company an email stating I would like to cancel the first order. Their responding email stated it was impossibleOf course they had already withdrawn the moneyIn an email to my husband they stated that they had tried numerous time to contact him (The order was under his name since it was his debit card). I looked at his phone records and they had tried one time. I had tried to call them at two different numbers with no response my husband did receive an email asking what was a good time to contact me. Never happened. However we were notified that our package is on its way. It is a gift to a relative and do not want her to receive two puzzles of the same thingTo add insult to injury we were never even refunded the 15% coupon discount that we were promisedI would like to now add that the company has indeed refunded us 30% instead of the 15%. The way it was explained to me is that as soon as the order is placed immediately goes to press and no one is able to stop it once the order has been placed
