I didn't buy their PXG clubs but my one purchase experience was really incredibly disappointing, especially for a company that claims to be professional. I had to return one of the two items I purchased. First, beware...the PXG return policy is not customer friendly. Second, the staff service training is clearly lacking...the staff didn't know how to process a return! Third, I was told he would call with a resolution and it took three days. Fourth, when I finally got the call, they said I needed to return to the store with my credit card...so they could process a $25 return .(really??). So in sum, PXG may or may not have a great product to sell...but I would never buy from a company that can't seem to get the service basics right.
