I didn't buy their PXG clubs but my one purchase experience was really incredibly disappointing, especially for a company that claims to be professional. I had to return one of the two items I purchased. First, beware...the PXG return policy is not customer friendly. Second, the staff service training is clearly lacking...the staff didn't know how to process a return! Third, I was told he would call with a resolution and it took three days. Fourth, when I finally got the call, they said I needed to return to the store with my credit card...so they could process a $25 return .(really??). So in sum, PXG may or may not have a great product to sell...but I would never buy from a company that can't seem to get the service basics right.
From first turning up to be met by a very friendly lady, to then meeting Stuart, who explained first about what was going to happen in my fitting experience, wow was so impressed. Stuart’s explanation and fitting was all I could wish for and more.Unlike my fitting for my 3gen series, I felt like he wasn’t trying to sell me a set of clubs, but was more concerned in making sure I got exactly what I wanted.10/10. His knowledge shone through, and it was evident that he wanted to fit me to the perfect irons. Honestly can’t thank him enough for a really great experience. This more than made up for my previous experience, and thanks to Stuart I will be a pxg golfer for life. Now to hopefully switch to pxg balls, just not sure which ones will suit my game. Purchase a set of PXG 0211 in April ‘22, my wedge broke after hitting a shot. Inquiry about coverage and repair. Was told that the club head has a lifetime time warranty and the shaft has only 12 month warranty since PXG doesn't make the shafts, they purchase True Temper shafts. The only option was to mail the broken club to Arizona for repair and pay for repair and shipping. NO THANKS, will trade them in and buy clubs that stand behind their products. See Ya PXG!
Excellent advice from the fitter Stuart. He really knows his stuff.We tried lots of combinations and eventually came up with the right driver for me.Not only did it go farther than mine but the dispersion was a lot tighter.I cant wait for the new driver to be delivered.
This review is related to customer service and the telephone ordering process.Having taken quite some time on PXG’s website deciding what I needed and building my set of clubs online with all the fitting options I required. There was a question!!!Just before I pressed send order I needed this question answered so I rang customer service support.Spoke to Daniel Pela, this guy was brilliant and his depth of knowledge was superb.We reviewed all my club selections and fine tuned all 14 clubs.I have no problem giving this process and Daniel 5 star review and would definitely recommend.Clubs arrived today, thanks to the production team and Daniel’s request to expedite the order quickly.If the clubs are as good as the service I’ll be pro in no time.I’ll review my playing experience with these exceptional looking shortly.
26Hcp so patience whilst I tried to hit reasonable shots was very helpful. Stuart gave a full explanation of what was being tried and tested helped in fully understanding the process. Also no pressure to make a purchase - the results spoke for themselves.
