I recently purchased the Barra 250z .22 in the camo. Also got 8 tins of pellets. Arrived when expected. The gun had a issue with pellets getting stuck half in magazine half in chamber. I contacted customer support, spoke with Jade, she was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue by offering to send a replacement or issue a refund. The replacement is expected to arrive today. I will buy from Pyramyd again, and recommend them.
