Finding negatives is tough since the focus is on customer service. However, I bought a refurbished rifle based on advice that these units are reliable. My rifle showed signs of prior issues, which made me a bit uneasy. It didn't hold air eventually, and with a short warranty, I had to fix it myself. The information available about the gun was limited, and resealing required a specific package. After some backorder issues, I managed to get it working well again, but I encountered some frustrating quality control issues along the way.

Shipping has declined significantly

Shipping used to be very fast, but now it's quite slow and unreliable. I had two recent orders close to my home that were inexplicably routed to another state, adding several days to my wait. My last order never arrived; it was marked undeliverable after being transferred to another service without any notification. I had to constantly check the tracking system to find out what happened.
