Had chipped glass Pyrex oven sheet so contacted Pyrex. Co.uk. They asked for a picture and proof of purchase. I emailed these to them and they emailed me back asking for postal address to send replacement apologising for the problems I had. The customer service team is second to none as they were polite and helpful the whole time and seemed to put me first. I just wish other companies would have customer service like this.
