They were extremely helpful and arranged a replacement for me, even though a lot of time had passed and I no longer had the original item to exchange.Since receiving the replacement, I have been very happy with the product itself – the straightener works beautifully and performs exactly as expected. It’s clear that the customer service has improved significantly, and overall, I’m now very pleased both with the product and the new level of support.
