I parked for less than 48 hours, yet I was charged an additional £9.30 because I arrived later than expected and left after the time I indicated (still within the 48-hour limit). When I contacted customer support, they offered nothing but excuses and refused to acknowledge my under-48-hour stay. The booking process was also not user-friendly. Parking spaces were extremely tight, and there were only a few designated for disabled access. It feels like a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I won't be using their services again.
