Upon arriving at the main reception of the hospital, I learned that my appointment was located on the opposite side of the site, quite a distance away. The reception staff kindly arranged for the shuttle bus to assist me. The driver was incredibly courteous and helpful, ensuring I was dropped off right at the door for my appointment. Afterward, I contacted him again, and he promptly picked me up and returned me to the main car park. Outstanding service from the shuttle team!

Parking spaces were extremely tight, and there were only a few designated for disabled access. It feels like a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I won't be using their services again.

My calls and messages were ignored, and email responses were painfully slow. They charge for services that were previously free, and even after paying for a card, the process has taken far too long. It seems they have little interest in accommodating paying customers.
