I parked at a facility in London and unfortunately, my car was broken into when someone smashed the rear window. It's promoted as a safe place, but that was far from my experience. The emergency help system was not operational, and there was no one on-site to assist or provide CCTV footage of the incident. Based on other reviews, it seems that car break-ins are a common occurrence here. I strongly advise against using this facility if you care about your vehicle and safety.
