This company has proven to be the worst in customer care. I encountered a rude representative during calls, and I have been trying for two months to obtain a daily value card. My calls and messages were ignored, and email responses were painfully slow. They charge for services that were previously free, and even after paying for a card, the process has taken far too long. It seems they have little interest in accommodating paying customers.
