I had a very disappointing experience and will not return. I booked in advance and paid a higher fee than if I had just arrived on the day. However, there were no available parking spaces despite my reservation. Many drivers were left circling without finding a spot. The charging spaces were plentiful but unusable unless actively charging, wasting valuable space. The top level was reserved for corporate customers, leaving them empty while I waited 45 minutes for a spot to free up. There were no staff available to assist, and they didn't respond to my inquiries. I had a much better experience at a different facility that was well-managed. I recommend staying away from this one.
