I ordered a few items of jewellery for Palestine back in September as I wanted to support the cause, but the most important item was missing. After I notified them of this, I was reassured it was on the way. But 2 months later and several emails requesting a tracking number or a refund, I just get the same "reassurance" its on the way but no tracking or proof. I even explained I needed it by 6th December due to move, but nothing. The items that did arrive were nice but not great quality, and definitely not worth the price. I was hoping the missing item would make the order worthwhile. Very Disappointing and a lot of hassle.
