Review Time
I ordered from their website and there was something I wanted to give as feedback. Their customer service for the issue was amazing. Communication was very easy and swift as well.
They sent half the order and marked the order complete. Sent the other half after being asked and sent proof I did not receive it. Both were meant to be birthday presents for a loved one. The bracelets were not even the same length as advertised; one was so large it fit all the way to my shoulder. Cheap appearance, necklace pendants looking horrible, necklace chains tangled, packaged and delivered by iMile from China (iMile written on the back of the package), the same company that delivers AliExpress and other similar companies' orders. Packaging also hideous. Loved one I wanted to gift to is Palestinian. I am deeply disappointed. They sent a link to review the products, and when I clicked the one star option, it took me to a feedback Google form, not the Trustpilot review section I presume I would have gone to if I had pressed the five star option. Sad.
Ideally I would not even give one star. I received 2 braclets . One has metal spike and injured my wrist and the other was broken after only wearing it one time and changed its colour. When I emailed them they initially offered a replacement of any kind and asked to keep them. Then when I agreed they then asked to let them know which other products I want. So far I thought they were really professional but after I gave them my choices they started to behave different. First they asked for the photos of the damaged products before sending the replacement (fair enough). When I provided these they said they will progress with replacement then sent another email to say actually you have to pay for the replacement or return the damaged product at your expenses. I really could not believe this!!!it took several emails to try to sort out this over 3weeks and has not been sorted. I am sad to say they are not honest and transparent in their business despite they claim good cause for their products in supporting Palastine which was my reason to buy their products. I tried to upload emails correspondence here for transparency but I couldn’t . Here is copy of these:
“Thank you for providing those photos.
I have escalated this issue with our team and can arrange to send you a replacement right away. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the replacement or if you still prefer to return the items for a refund.
Please note that, per our return policy, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
I look forward to your decision so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.””
Last email: Before I proceed, I would like to sincerely apologize for not clearly mentioning earlier that for exchanges to different products there is a minimal processing fee of €8.99 euro per piece. For two items, the total would be €17.98.
Amazing jewellery. Looking expensive and not cheap also rings looking exquisite on your fingers and bracelets amazing, but most of all by purchasing from qamar jewelry they donate to Palestine on your behalf.
I’ve bought a set of a necklace, ring and bracelet with arab scripts on and in the picture the jewels were bigger and so the scripts too.
When I got it, the ring was the half size of the original and I can barely see the scripts on it. Same for the bracelet.
The quality that you can see on their pictures was way better than the original.
Plus they had this offert that said “buy one get two” and I didn’t get it in the end.
It’s scam, don’t buy it.
When I try to tell them via email, they wrote me the classic useful email with a lot of nice words with zero intention of taking care of the situation.
The very bad thing is that i bought these jewels to support Palestine, which make me feel even more unhappy of getting played: using a moment and a situation like this to played ppl and make money on it is horrible.
Delivery was slow (1 month plus) and it took 4 emails for them to finally send my full order.
2 rings were broken upon arrival, after wearing 1 bracelet for less than a day the jewel fell out.
Shipping to Asia will end up costing as much or more than the original order for a refund.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Purchased two items with buy one get one free january deal. Both jewellery items where in perfect condition and delivery was fast. Beautiful jewellery and it nice to know it supports Palestine with providing meals to families.
The jewelry is not just beautiful, but it also contributes to a fantastic cause. The support team is very professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. I've ordered from this service twice, and I can assure you, you won't be let down!
I typically check reviews before making a purchase, but I was eager to support a cause, so I decided to buy it without considering anything else. I don't wear jewelry myself. After waiting 10 days with no updates and seeing the reviews, I don't anticipate receiving anything. I hope others take their time to read the reviews and reconsider buying from this unreliable seller.
I placed an order for three small jewellery items on 6 December. After more than 3.5 weeks, and now into the 4th week, only one item has arrived without any prior notice that my order would be split. I had to reach out to the company myself to discover that the necklace was missing. How long will I now wait for the second parcel? Another 4 weeks? That totals 8 weeks! When I submitted a review, their response was merely to advise me to 'track it,' which was not helpful at all. The tracking information is utterly unreliable—one moment it indicates the parcel is in the UK, then suddenly it's back in China, then Bulgaria, and finally France. It offers no clarity and only heightens my frustration. Despite the delays and mishandling of my order, I was informed that I cannot receive a refund until the missing item arrives, even though this mess is entirely due to their shipping process. These are minor items that should never have been shipped separately without any communication. Very poor customer service, misleading tracking, and a lack of accountability. I would not suggest placing an order.
