Ideally I would not even give one star. I received 2 braclets . One has metal spike and injured my wrist and the other was broken after only wearing it one time and changed its colour. When I emailed them they initially offered a replacement of any kind and asked to keep them. Then when I agreed they then asked to let them know which other products I want. So far I thought they were really professional but after I gave them my choices they started to behave different. First they asked for the photos of the damaged products before sending the replacement (fair enough). When I provided these they said they will progress with replacement then sent another email to say actually you have to pay for the replacement or return the damaged product at your expenses. I really could not believe this!!!it took several emails to try to sort out this over 3weeks and has not been sorted. I am sad to say they are not honest and transparent in their business despite they claim good cause for their products in supporting Palastine which was my reason to buy their products. I tried to upload emails correspondence here for transparency but I couldn’t . Here is copy of these:

“Thank you for providing those photos.
I have escalated this issue with our team and can arrange to send you a replacement right away. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the replacement or if you still prefer to return the items for a refund.

Please note that, per our return policy, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I look forward to your decision so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.””

Last email: Before I proceed, I would like to sincerely apologize for not clearly mentioning earlier that for exchanges to different products there is a minimal processing fee of €8.99 euro per piece. For two items, the total would be €17.98.
